Our Transportation Department moves Union Pacific's locomotives and freight across the UP system safely and on time.
The Mechanical Department maintains and repairs our fleet of 8,000 locomotives and 75,000 freight cars.
The Engineering department is responsible for building and maintaining Union Pacific's infrastructure, which includes track, roadways, signals, bridges and buildings.
