Description
To ensure safe and efficient operation of Company aircraft, by performing scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance
Accountabilities
- Accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Union Pacific aircraft.
- Coordinate any unscheduled maintenance problem with the manager of aircraft maintenance.
- Inspect aircraft as specified by FAA regulations.
- Perform operational test of aircraft systems. Service aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Maintain all aircraft manuals to the current revision status. Maintain aircraft parts and supply stock.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of the offices, hangar and grounds as required.
- Groom aircraft and hangar as required.
- Perform maintenance inspection of ground service equipment.
- Assist Union Pacific aircraft passengers as necessary.
- Work schedule will require flexible hours with weekend and holiday duties. Also travel may be required to perform job requirements.
Qualifications - Required
- A technical degree from an aircraft maintenance school or from a military/technical school equivalent
- Must be certified in aircraft maintenance with FAA airframe and powerplant license
- 3 or more years experience in maintaining a modern turbine powered corporate aircraft
Qualifications - Preferred
- Inspection authorization
- Dassault Falcon Aircraft experience
- Aircraft avionics and computer skills
- Corporate flight department experience

The final salary of the selected candidate for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, experience, education, specialty and training. This position also includes additional compensation and benefits offered by Union Pacific.
