How do I schedule my medical exam?

ANSWER: After accepting your contingent job offer, you will receive an email, text message, and/or phone call from Acuity International.  You will be required to enter the following information from Acuity’s email to complete your registration. Examinee ID: [Examinee ID#], Contract ID: [Contract ID#], and Examinee Name [PatientName] as it appears on the correspondence.  If you are not able to locate this email, call Acuity at 844-956-2200 Monday – Friday, 8am to 7pm CST.

After creating an account, you will be required to complete pre-exam documentation, provide your availability, and select a convenient clinic location. Acuity will then schedule an appointment with the chosen clinic and confirm the date and time via email and/or text within 24-48 business hours. To avoid any potential delays in your start date, it is recommended that you provide your earliest appointment availability. It is important to attend your medical exam at least three weeks prior to your start date to ensure there is enough time to process the results.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment or have an issue at the clinic?

ANSWER: To reschedule a medical exam, use Acuity’s Examinee Access System. Once you have scheduled an appointment, it is important to attend the exam on the scheduled date. If you need to reschedule, visit Acuity’s Examinee Access System or call.  Do not contact the clinic directly to reschedule. Note that rescheduling to a later date may delay your start date and you will only be allowed to reschedule your appointment once. If you encounter any issues during your scheduled appointment, contact Acuity at 844-956-8800 Monday – Friday 8am to 7pm CST.
