I am already an employee, why do I have to complete medical and background again? Where can I check my status during the pre-employment process?

ANSWER: Medical and background checks vary for each position based on specific requirements. Once you accept the offer, your records will be checked against the new position to determine which outstanding requirements are needed.

To view the latest statuses of your pre-employment clearances, log into SuccessFactors and go to the Careers tab. Click on the "Job Applications" button and scroll down to find the relevant application. In the Actions column, select "View/Edit Applications and Attachments" from the dropdown menu. From there, you can view the statuses for each step of the pre-employment clearances.

I am a furloughed employee and need access to apply to internal postings. How do I get access?

I am a furloughed employee being recalled into the same craft position, do I retain my original seniority?

ANSWER: Yes

I am a furloughed employee being transferred into a new location but same craft, do I retain my original seniority?
