How do I upload documents to my application?

Applications not yet submitted: In the "Document Upload" section of your application, you have the option to upload supporting documents such as resumes, cover letters, work samples, and more. Please ensure that the documents are in PDF format, in portrait orientation, and do not exceed 10 MB in size.

Submitted applications: If the status of your application is "Thanks for applying!", you can upload a document as long as there is no document already uploaded. However, once an application has progressed in the hiring process, additional documentation cannot be uploaded.

Can I edit an application that has already been submitted?

ANSWER: If the status of your application is "Thanks for applying!", and you withdraw your application you can reapply to the same posting. However, if it was in any other status when you withdrew your application it is not possible to reinstate it. When you made the decision to withdraw your application, you confirmed that this action could not be reversed. If you are still interested, you are welcome to apply for other positions or reapply for the same position when it becomes available again in the future.

How do I check the status of my application?

ANSWER: To stay updated on the status of your application, log into your UP.jobs account and click on "My Applications." The most recent status of your application will be available there. Please note that applications can remain in the same status for up to six months. It is important to regularly check both your online application status and your email (including junk/spam folder) for any updates regarding your application.
