Non-Union (Nonagreement) Employees
Nonagreement employees have the option to select from two different High Deductible Health Plans (HDHPs) with low monthly premiums. These HDHPs are designed to be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that can be used for annual deductibles and any out-of-pocket covered medical costs.
The third plan is a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) option with lower deductibles, lower out-of pocket maximums, and Rx coverage without having to first meet a deductible.
