What Will You Do?
- Be assigned to a shop that repairs and maintains our locomotives and freight cars
- Lead and manage a diverse, unionized work crew to keep the infrastructure of the railroad running
- Work with other groups to ensure work is being completed in a safe manner with minimal impact to rail operations
- This position will require you to work long hours in all weather conditions, including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call. Relocation will be required several times throughout your career.

Requirements
We're looking for college graduates with degrees in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electronics engineering, manufacturing engineering, systems engineering, engineering management, industrial management, or supply chain management. We need critical thinkers who thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment and have the confidence to lead a diverse crew of people.
Pay
Starting salary: $76,500 – $84,000*
At assignment: $83,700 – $101,100*
*Based on skills, experience and geographical location. Assignment made upon successful completion of the training program.
