Engineering Manager
What Will You Do?
- Be assigned to a piece of our vast system of infrastructure – buildings, bridges, signal systems or part of our 32,000 miles of track
- Lead and manage a diverse, unionized work crew to keep the infrastructure of the railroad running
- Work with other groups to ensure work is being completed in a safe manner with minimal impact to rail operations
- This position will require you to work long hours in all weather conditions, including nights, weekends, holidays and on-call. Relocation will be required several times throughout your career.

Requirements
We're looking for college graduates with degrees in engineering or science – especially electrical, structural, civil or construction engineering. We need people with strong social and communications skills. And we need problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
Starting salary: $74,800 - $84,000*
At Assignment: $93,000 - 101,100*
*Based on skills, experience and geographical location. Assignment made upon successful completion of the training program.
