Overview

Union Pacific is committed to improving quality of life in the communities we serve. Our employees demonstrate this commitment when they donate personal funds and volunteer their personal time to nonprofit organizations in their communities. To support this employee involvement, Union Pacific offers two programs to enhance our employee giving.

MoneyPLUS Program

The company will match two-to-one (2:1) gifts to qualified educational institutions and one-to-one (1:1) to qualified non-profit 501(c)(3) public charities. The minimum gift eligible for matching is $25. Total annual company match per participant is limited to $25,000. Eligibility and administrative conditions apply. TimePLUS Program

Employees who volunteer their individual time may apply for a $250 gift from the Company to support the public charity they assist. Eligibility and administrative conditions apply. Review formal policy on Employee website.
